Intercontinental Brand Returns to Cambodia with IHG
IHG Hotels & Resorts is partnering with Peninsula Bay Investment Co., Ltd to bring InterContinental Hotels & Resorts back to Cambodia, the leading international luxury hotel brand. Scheduled to open in 2028, the InterContinental Sihanoukville will showcase the growing allure of this Southeast Asian nation as a luxury travel hotspot. This hotel will feature 300 rooms along with dining venues, personalized bars, a premium spa, and coastal views for leisure and business travellers alike.
This establishment will be part of the Peninsula Bay Integrated Resort, which will encompass hotels, retail areas, and entertainment facilities. Spanning approximately 160,000 square meters, the resort's design will seamlessly blend contemporary styles with traditional cultural motifs, using the dragon to represent prosperity and strength.
The InterContinental Sihanoukville is conveniently situated only 30 minutes from Sihanoukville International Airport, providing easy access to Otres Beach, Ream National Park, and the Wat Leu Pagoda. This prime location caters to a variety of activities for all kinds of visitors.
