InterContinental Presidente Monterrey

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with Grupo Presidente, has unveiled the InterContinental Presidente Monterrey. Situated in Monterrey’s San Pedro Garza García area, this hotel offers a getaway that feels separate from the city life around it.

Created by Francesc Rifé Studio in Barcelona, the InterContinental Presidente Monterrey contrasts its contemporary design, luxurious details, and conveniences with a mountain setting. The hotel’s exterior features a blend of metal and movable wooden panels, shielding the property from intense sunlight while allowing abundant natural light to enter. Carefully chosen natural materials such as wood and stone contribute to a refined environment.

An Urban Oasis

The InterContinental Presidente Monterrey boasts 293 guestrooms, including 25 suites, designed to offer harmonious environments for guests. Each room is finished with materials, such as solid walnut and Italian Gris Rochelle marble, complemented by furniture sourced from Spain. Bathrooms are equipped with amenities and rainfall showers. As guests unwind for the night, they can enjoy views of the vibrant San Pedro Garza García area and the Sierra Madre de Chipinque mountains through their guestroom’s floor-to-ceiling windows, complete with automated curtains.

Culinary Excellence

The hotel’s three dining destinations welcome visitors with an enticing combination of national and international flavours that tempt all tastes and palates:

  • Lilōu: With its sophisticated setting, Lilōu is a tribute to the tradition of all-day dining in cities like New York, London and Paris. Featuring a menu of elevated international dishes, Lilōu is poised to stand out among the best restaurants in Monterrey.
  • Epicentro: Celebrating the innovation and legacy of the original Epicentro at InterContinental Presidente Mexico City, this latest outpost of the gin and tonic-focused cocktail bar welcomes guests with inspired cocktails in an intimate atmosphere complemented by exemplary service that reflects the warm hospitality and spirit of Northern Mexico.
  • Chapulín: Due to open in April and drawing from the heritage of its predecessor in Mexico City, Chapulín celebrates the history and flavours of Mexico. The menu offers a tour highlighting the work of the Mexican fields and seas, honouring those who cultivate each. With a seafood bar, a clay comal and the aroma of embers, guests can traverse the regions of Mexico from north to south.
