The hotel, located near the Koyna Valley, is spread across 11 acres of land. It consists of 77 rooms with private balconies, and the architecture is heavily inspired by colonial British design. Amenities like Saddleback (an all-day dining experience), Dusk (bar), a banquet hall, an indoor game zone, gym, an outdoor pool, and a spa will be offered to guests. Inside the new hotel 5.5 hours and 3 hours from Mumbai and Pune, respectively, Fountain Mahabaleshwar—IHCL SeleQtions is only 30 minutes from Panchgani. The hotel is a 4-minute drive from the town centre and is close to other popular attractions.
