Hilton Recognized as the Top Hospitality Workplace in Latin America

Hilton has been recognized as the top hospitality company in Latin America's Best Workplaces 2024 for a second consecutive year. Additionally, it achieved the #3 overall position in the Great Place to Work List's multinational category.

For the second year, Hilton has been named the best hospitality firm in Latin America's Best Workplaces 2024. It also secured the #3 overall rank in the multinational category of the esteemed Great Place to Work List. This honour demonstrates Hilton's efforts to develop and promote a work environment that encourages team members to be genuine and bring their best selves to work while supporting them at every step of their personal and professional journeys.

Hilton created history in 2023 when it was ranked #1 on the Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work global lists of Best Places to Work, becoming the first hotel company to be designated the best company to work for in the world. This year, Hilton came in first in the Dominican Republic, Peru, Uruguay, and the Caribbean, second in Argentina and Panama, and eighth in Mexico.
