“This most recent transformation signals an exciting evolution for Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead,” said Kristi Cotten-Morris, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead.

“As we unveil this new chapter, we are committed to creating spaces that inspire and connect—places where our guests can seamlessly balance productivity, relaxation, and discovery. The renovation's final phase features a reimagined arrival experience that improves accessibility while providing a seamless welcome for guests. The lobby will showcase new marble floors and artwork, moving the front desk to a more central position nearer to the entrance, enhancing the overall aesthetic. This area will also house a lobby bar, creating a striking backdrop with a three-story waterfall. Notable additions include a 24-hour market that offers a wide variety of gourmet foods and quick artisanal sandwiches, catering to diverse tastes. Focused on featuring local favorites and premium brands, the market highlights products from Black-owned businesses like Boon Boona Coffee and Kyrie’s Cookies. Guests can enjoy local specialties such as Montane coffee and Arden drinks for a customized dining experience. Furthermore, the lobby will include “The Nest, " a stylish phone booth where guests can take an important phone call, have a quick conference, or make a goodnight call to family.

The Fabled Lounge

Recently opened, "The Fabled" is a new lounge crafted by DLR Group and designONE studio, designed as a creative sanctuary inspired by storytelling. Signature cocktails like 'The Alchemist’s Elixir,’ blending tequila and ginger liqueur, and ‘The Fabled Rising,’ a delicious mix of mezcal and blood orange ginger beer, draw on mythical and epic literary themes. The menu will also include zero-proof specialty cocktails. The Fabled serves as the ideal spot for post-dinner drinks, business lunches, or happy hours, with an ambiance that enhances the mood and enriches the narrative experience for guests. Curated by Chef Bradley Jones, the lounge features small plates, making it an inviting venue for evening gatherings. Operating hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Friday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight. Nestled within the hotel and overlooking a tranquil garden and cascading waterfall, The Fabled elevates the experience beyond a standard bar to a living storybook where connections flourish and stories unfold. The lounge incorporates inviting textures, natural elements, and an open-flow design, creating a central hub for guests to relax or collaborate. At its heart lies a chic semi-circular bar embellished with green quartzite and leather finishes, offering a timeless yet modern aesthetic.

Cassis Restaurant

Located on the hotel’s lower level, the newly transformed Cassis restaurant offers daily breakfast and exclusive private dining options. The design is inspired by the Mediterranean port of Cassis, renowned for its rosé and white wines, as well as the iconic crème de cassis—an indulgent dark red liqueur made from blackcurrants. This space invites guests to explore and discover, skillfully combining classic elements with modern, fashion-forward elegance. It showcases marble accents, rich wood finishes, contemporary furniture, and coastal-themed artwork, featuring large murals adorned with botanical fruit illustrations. The restaurant boasts views of a two-story Japanese garden, which guests can see from the main dining area and nearby private dining rooms, providing an opportunity to experience outdoor beauty firsthand.

Le Petit Chef

In February 2025, the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead launched Le Petit Chef at Cassis Restaurant, a celebrated dinner theatre that combines culinary artistry with 3D storytelling. Guests will embark on a charming journey, led by a tiny 2.3-inch animated chef, while savoring a curated five-course menu showcasing local flavours, including Saffron Seafood Cioppino made with Georgia Coast Grouper and Savannah Shrimp, and topped off with a rich Georgia Peach Crème Brûlée. The menu also caters to vegetarians and children, ensuring a memorable experience for every taste.

Meeting Spaces:

The Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead features more than 42,000 square feet of newly transformed indoor and outdoor venues, designed to improve events of any scale. The upgraded Grand Ballroom boasts a design paired with technology, accommodating up to 1,000 attendees. The revamped meeting rooms provide an atmosphere equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and top-notch AV systems. Additionally, the outdoor West Terrace has been beautifully redesigned, offering a garden setting complete with fire pits for receptions or breakout sessions. With an events team overseeing every aspect, these spaces create a seamless event experience.

With renovations finalized, the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead welcomes guests to enjoy its newly enhanced venue—a showcase of excellent service, cutting-edge amenities, and enduring elegance, whether visiting for business, leisure, or special occasions.
