The renowned porcelain company Ginori 1735 and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts have announced a global collaboration that will infuse the most significant addresses globally with Italian Allegria, adding inventive plating and fun touches to the culinary experience. On November 26, the first Café Ginori established as a result of this collaboration will formally open at Florence's St. Regis, the original home of the Ginori 1735 brand. In every way, this innovative partnership reveals a dining experience that honours opulent hospitality and creative expression. To make this collaboration a reality, Café Ginori's Master of Plating leads patrons through a creative meal designed to capture the essence of Italian food and coupled with Ginori's collections, including Labirinto, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Oriente Italiano. Four different eating experiences throughout the day, from breakfast to aperitivo, make each visit an enthralling voyage through the Art of Plating, a novel technique that redefines the laws of mise en place, both gastronomically and visually.

With over 25 unique dishes of Italian grand classics with a twist, Café Ginori offers a multisensory, unexpected, and luxurious culinary experience. Every part of the restaurant, from the décor to the plating, is intended to surprise and delight.

Ginori 1735 designed an exclusive takeover of the hotel's waterfront garden terrace, marking their first push into textiles. This global extension strengthens the relationship between the two businesses. To further celebrate the partnership's distinctive fusion of luxury, art, and Italian heritage, similar terrace designs will be realized in The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, The St. Regis Riyadh, and other notable sites.

The collaboration includes a Ginori coaster set created especially for St. Regis, a unique set of four coasters that honours the renowned Bloody Mary, a St. Regis signature cocktail and is inspired by the elegance and glamour of both brands for guests looking for a one-of-a-kind souvenir.
