Follow Us Share Luxury Partnership The renowned porcelain company Ginori 1735 and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts have announced a global collaboration that will infuse the most significant addresses globally with Italian Allegria, adding inventive plating and fun touches to the culinary experience. On November 26, the first Café Ginori established as a result of this collaboration will formally open at Florence's St. Regis, the original home of the Ginori 1735 brand. In every way, this innovative partnership reveals a dining experience that honours opulent hospitality and creative expression. In early 2025, Café Ginori will open in The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi after its Florence debut, with further international locations to follow. Being the first luxury hospitality partner to introduce Café Ginori, St. Regis offers guests a culinary experience that celebrates la dolce vita and the art of dining like never before, redefining non-conventional luxury with a creative twist. Each Café Ginori offers an emotional experience that goes beyond the eating experience by combining the full flair of Ginori 1735's workmanship with the beautiful elegance of St. Regis. Jenni Benzaquen, SVP of St. Regis, The Ritz-Carlton, and Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts "We are immensely proud to debut Café Ginori with Ginori 1735 at St. Regis Hotels and Resorts around the world—a partnership that perfectly infuses Ginori’s audacious grace with the St. Regis ‘House of Celebration’,” said Jenni Benzaquen, Senior Vice President of St. Regis, The Ritz-Carlton, and Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. “This collaboration redefines non-conventional luxury, inviting guests to experience a sensory journey at our most iconic addresses, where the creative playfulness of Ginori meets the glamour and timeless elegance of St. Regis.” Alain Prost, President & CEO of Ginori 1735 "At Ginori, creativity, innovation and pushing boundaries is at the heart of what we do. We are excited to create Café Ginori , especially with St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, which is an unexpected experience for discerning clientele. We’ve taken great care to define a customer journey – from breakfast through aperitivo, where consumers can experience our porcelain and lifestyle products in a way never-before seen. The interior design is bold and playful to reflect our colourful spirit. The service and menu leverages our warm Italian perspective on hospitality with delightful surprises – a compelling combination that I’m sure will foster excitement and creativity at every table,” said Alain Prost, President & CEO of Ginori 1735. To make this collaboration a reality, Café Ginori's Master of Plating leads patrons through a creative meal designed to capture the essence of Italian food and coupled with Ginori's collections, including Labirinto, Il Viaggio di Nettuno, and Oriente Italiano. Four different eating experiences throughout the day, from breakfast to aperitivo, make each visit an enthralling voyage through the Art of Plating, a novel technique that redefines the laws of mise en place, both gastronomically and visually. Café Ginori Every aspect of Café Ginori reflects St. Regis' commitment to fusing luxury with artistic craftsmanship, from the embroidered fabrics on cushions and chairs to the Oriente Italiano wallpaper. Each Café Ginori transports guests into an Italian Allegria by fusing artistic expression with the fine details of home décor. With over 25 unique dishes of Italian grand classics with a twist, Café Ginori offers a multisensory, unexpected, and luxurious culinary experience. Every part of the restaurant, from the décor to the plating, is intended to surprise and delight. Ginori 1735 designed an exclusive takeover of the hotel's waterfront garden terrace, marking their first push into textiles. This global extension strengthens the relationship between the two businesses. To further celebrate the partnership's distinctive fusion of luxury, art, and Italian heritage, similar terrace designs will be realized in The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, The St. Regis Riyadh, and other notable sites. The collaboration includes a Ginori coaster set created especially for St. Regis, a unique set of four coasters that honours the renowned Bloody Mary, a St. Regis signature cocktail and is inspired by the elegance and glamour of both brands for guests looking for a one-of-a-kind souvenir. The St. Regis Ginori coaster set, which guests may purchase in-person and online, is a lasting reminder of the brand's outstanding hospitality and represents the beauty and celebration of this cooperation. In 2025, Marriott International's Luxury Group portfolio will extend cooperation with Ginori 1735, highlighting the company's commitment to providing grandiose surprise experiences. #St. Regis Subscribe to our Newsletter!
