Fairmont Adds 5 New Hotels

India:

Experience the sounds of Mumbai, India, at Fairmont Mumbai, which is opening in April. This hotel combines the elegance of the 1920s with modern sophistication. It is conveniently located near the international airport and offers 446 rooms and suites that blend classic charm with contemporary design. The hotel boasts event spaces, including a Ballroom accommodating over 2,000 guests. Enjoy five dining options featuring global cuisines, unwind in a wellness suite, or relax by the outdoor pool for a peaceful urban getaway.

Nestled amidst the landscapes of Rajasthan in northwestern India, Fairmont Udaipur Palace is situated in the majestic Aravalli Hills. Surrounded by greenery, this hilltop palace, set to open in July 2025, embodies Rajasthan’s rich heritage with its carved marble columns, high-domed ceilings, regal verandas, and inlaid flooring. Spanning 18 acres, the expansive property features 327 rooms and more than 130,000 sq. ft. of flexible event spaces, ideal for weddings, while providing guests with intimate glimpses of the city’s natural scenery. The palace also includes various dining venues and bars offering Mediterranean, Southern Italian, Asian, and international cuisines.

Japan:

Nestled in the centre of Japan, Fairmont unveils its inaugural Japanese hotel – Fairmont Tokyo. Scheduled to debut on July 1, 2025, this property occupies the esteemed south tower of the Blue Front Shibaura Project, featuring 217 guest rooms and suites that provide views of Tokyo Bay and the skyline. Fairmont Tokyo is perfectly positioned for local and international guests, located just 13 minutes from Haneda Airport and close to major transit hubs like Tokyo and Shinagawa Stations. The hotel offers a tranquil escape from Tokyo’s vibrancy, with a spa, fitness center, indoor infinity pool, and dining options. Visitors can relax at five restaurants, two bars, or outdoor terraces. The Sky Chapel, adorned with art that captures a moment in bloom and embraces eternity, alongside The Sea banquet room, creates stunning backdrops for celebrations and gatherings, while the Fairmont Grand Ballroom, one of Tokyo’s most lavish venues, accommodates up to 1,200 guests.

Vietnam:

In Hanoi, Vietnam — just a short stroll from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter — explore the interiors of Fairmont Hanoi, crafted by Perkins Eastman and Aston Design. As the first Fairmont in Vietnam, this property will open in November 2025. Celebrating the city, its design incorporates Vietnam’s traditional colours and lacquerwork, merging Indochinese motifs with French colonial elements to glimpse the city’s rich history. Guests can enjoy an urban resort featuring 241 rooms, six dining and bar options, a rooftop restaurant, spa, fitness center, bathhouse, and two swimming pools.

Thailand:

Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit is a vibrant addition to Bangkok’s landscape, showcasing the city’s heritage charm through its 419 elegantly styled rooms. Surrounding this facility are a diverse array of specialty restaurants, a rooftop bar, wellness and spa centers, and meeting spaces, complemented by a thoughtfully curated collection of artistic decor and handcrafted furnishings that contribute to the property’s narrative of “The Fantastic Journey of Travel to the Bygone Era.” With stunning views of Bangkok’s Central Business District, this LEED and WELL Green-certified hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of major transport hubs, making it an attractive choice for local and international guests. The hotel is expected to open in November 2025.
