Every Fairmont property reflects its commitment to innovative accommodations and respect for heritage. Fairmont The Red Sea is part of the ambitious Red Sea Project in the Kingdom, which aims to connect luxury travel with environmental care. When it opens, it will feature 193 rooms, six dining options—including an overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and mangroves—a teens’ center, kids’ clubs, and a spa. The resort will be next to an 18-hole championship golf course, highlighting Fairmont’s reputation in golf. It will set new standards for sustainable development, situated along 200 km of beautiful coastline, with over 90 untouched islands, volcanoes, diverse marine life, and ancient archaeological sites.

Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences, Riyadh

Slated to open in 2027, Fairmont Ajdan Al Khobar will feature 160 rooms and serviced apartments, four dining venues, a Fairmont Spa, fitness facilities, and executive meeting rooms. Ideally situated in the center of Al Khobar, this property will be part of the lively Ajdan Waterfront development, which includes a variety of retail and entertainment options.

Overlooking the esteemed Prophet’s Mosque and situated in one of Saudi Arabia’s sacred cities, Fairmont Rua Madinah will offer 143 spacious rooms and suites, an array of dining options, and 120 branded residences—all featuring a kids' club, fitness center, and spa. With the launch of Fairmont Rua Madinah, the hotel brand expands its presence in the two primary religious cities of Saudi Arabia. Fairmont Rua Madinah will complement Fairmont’s existing footprint in Saudi Arabia, which includes the iconic Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, a benchmark of luxury and religious importance at the heart of the Holy City.

Fairmont currently has a presence in Saudi Arabia through the Fairmont Hotel Riyadh, which is optimally situated close to major attractions and entertainment hubs. This hotel blends contemporary luxury with Middle Eastern elegance. It boasts six dining options, including the Italian restaurant Che Figata! and the steakhouse House of Grill, providing unforgettable culinary adventures. For unwinding, guests can enjoy the Fairmont Spa, which offers men's and women's facilities and a beautiful indoor pool. Positioned along King Fahd Road, the Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences provides views of Riyadh’s skyline or landscaped gardens. It is the Kingdom’s first luxury serviced residence, catering to the needs of both business and leisure travellers, and presents a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Saudi Arabia’s most vibrant city.
