Dove Nest Hospitality operates BeeStay Hotels, Monday Hotels, and Monday Premium, catering to different traveller segments. Anthem will be the fourth brand under its umbrella. The company has announced plans to add over 1,000 keys in the new financial year, targeting metro cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai due to the significant presence of IT companies and infrastructure growth. Kadam believes transport connectivity and achieving cluster-based operational efficiency were also factors in selecting these cities.

Dove Nest Hospitality is also on the verge of announcing a new property in Gurugram, Delhi NCR. Kadam told Safari India that the new property will be unveiled by the end of the first quarter of the latest financial year. Besides Gurugram, the company targets cities in the North and East for future expansion while focusing on cities in the West and South. The approach for any new development will prioritize proximity to business hubs, metro stations, and airports.

Dove Nest Hospitality is embracing technology across its operations, which aligns with global hospitality chains. This includes offering personalized stays through pre-arrival preference tracking and digital check-ins, data-driven loyalty tracking for improved guest retention, and tech-enabled, nature-immersed experiences for digital detox retreats.
