Dusit International Grows in the Philippines

Dusit International has signed a hotel management agreement with Primex Realty Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the publicly traded Primex Corporation, to manage Dusit Greenhills Manila, which is situated in San Juan City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Set to open in late 2026, this urban escape will feature 200 guest rooms and amenities on the top 10 floors of Primex Tower, a 50-storey mixed-use development located in a residential area only 45 minutes from Manila International Airport. As the tallest building in the region, the tower will also house premium retail and office spaces, enhancing its appeal as a premier destination for business and leisure travelers.

In addition to Dusit’s Thai-inspired hospitality, guests can indulge in Thai dishes at Benjarong, delight in international favourites at the all-day dining venue, admire stunning skyline views from the rooftop bar, relax by the rooftop pool, and maintain their fitness routine at the gym. The hotel boasts a ballroom offering city vistas and meeting rooms, making it an excellent choice for business and social gatherings. For added convenience, visitors can easily access Greenhills Mall, the top shopping and dining spot in San Juan.
