At the property’s renowned restaurant, Ayolí, guests can immerse themselves in an experience that celebrates Mexico's rich culture and gastronomy. This culinary journey is infused with emotions and storytelling, starting with the restaurant's name, which pays tribute to oral traditions and the allure of unlocking the secrets within Mexican sayings. Celebrated Chef Eduardo Osuna will present Mexican cuisine with a distinctive cosmopolitan flair, positioning Ayolí as a pillar of culinary brilliance in San Miguel de Allende.

Cleviá, part of the Autograph Collection in San Miguel de Allende, features 74 rooms and 42 residences surrounding a central courtyard with an infinity pool that creates a mirror-like effect. The hotel embodies contemporary Mexican culture through its architectural style and design. Additionally, it offers two event halls; one can host 350 guests while the other fits 150 in banquet style. These halls honor the influence of esteemed Mexican architect and engineer Ricardo Legorreta and Luis Barragán, recognized for their striking geometric aesthetics and innovative use of colour, light, and communal spaces.
