Choice Hotels’ Latest Marketing Initiative
Choice Hotels International has launched a new marketing campaign for Everhome Suites, its recently established midscale extended-stay brand. Aiming to open 10 hotels in the year's first half, the “WhenEverhome” campaign focuses on increasing brand recognition. It highlights why guests seek long-term accommodations, from business travel to unforeseen life events, positioning Everhome Suites as the ideal choice whenever they are away from home. This brand is designed to cater to the rising demand for lodging, especially for workforce travellers associated with infrastructure projects, healthcare, consulting, and families temporarily displaced by home renovations or relocations.
The new marketing campaign includes a series of engaging video ads, which will be featured across various digital platforms, including paid social media, digital display banner ads, video pre-roll ads that automatically play before video content, and connected TV.

The creative strategy for the campaign is guided by consumer insights and research, showing that guests staying for extended periods value convenience and a home-like environment. The videos showcase different property amenities and emphasize the modern, apartment-style accommodations available at Everhome Suites.

Everhome Suites is expanding its footprint with new locations nationwide. There are eight Everhome Suites, and they aim to reach nearly 25 by the end of 2025. This expansion includes 20 properties currently under construction and an additional 45 planned.
