Accor, the hospitality group with over 420 properties across Asia, has concluded its ‘Customer Sales Weeks’ in three key cities, celebrating its trade, sales, and business partners through a series of appreciation events. Building on the success of similar events in 2023, these gatherings, hosted by Accor’s sales teams, served as a “thank you” to those who contribute to the Group’s success and further strengthen industry relationships.

Customer Sales Weeks

Throughout August and September 2024, Accor’s hotels and regional sales offices organised sales blitzes in Bangkok, Jakarta, and Singapore, providing an opportunity to meet with partners, gather insights on the latest market trends, and explore new business opportunities. The culmination of these efforts was marked by the ‘ALL Thanks to You’ special celebration nights, which brought together over 600 travel partners to experience Accor’s renowned hospitality.

The events provided a platform for Accor to share updates on its hotels portfolio and outline future growth plans. A key highlight was the showcase of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, Accor’s lifestyle loyalty program, which offers members exclusive rewards, services, and experiences. The events also reinforced the importance of captivating destination content in inspiring wanderlust and fostering brand love, a focus highlighted by the ‘For ALL The Travellers in You’ campaign across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. This campaign, in collaboration with the leading content studio Beautiful Destinations, aims to revolutionize hospitality marketing and deepen the connection between Accor and its consumers.

Discussions during the events also touched on key industry trends, including Accor’s commitment to sustainability. The Group’s ongoing initiatives include achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050, eliminating single-use plastic items from guest experiences, supporting local communities, and protecting natural environments. The ‘ALL Thanks to You’ celebrations reflected this commitment, incorporating sustainable practices such as reusable lanyards without printed logos, the use of recycled paper, and minimal decorations.

The success of our ‘Accor Customer Sales Weeks’ and ‘ALL Thanks to You’ celebrations is a testament to the strong relationships we have built within the industry," commented Ollie Ansell, vice president of Commercial Market Strategy for Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Division in Asia. "As we continue to strengthen our presence in Asia, a key driver of global tourism, these partnerships are more crucial than ever. Accor is committed to driving innovation, sustainability, and excellence in hospitality. By working together with our partners, we will not only seize new business opportunities but also shape the future of travel, elevate the guest experience, and create lasting value for all stakeholders.”
