Hilton Garden Inn Mumbai International Airport, developed by Fariyas Hotels & Resorts, has announced the appointment of Savio Coutinho as its new Executive Chef.

Savio holds over 22 years of culinary experience, he has led kitchen operations at leading hospitality brands like Marriott, Radisson, Renaissance, and The Orchids. His expertise spans across fine dining, banquets and menu innovation where he regularly gives elevated gastronomic experiences to the guests.
His ability to fuse global techniques with local sensibilities makes him a well suited appointment for Hilton Garden Inn’s all-day diner, Together & Co, and its diverse culinary offerings.
