Signings momentum continues
At the 2025 Hilton Garden Inn Investment Summit, 19 new projects were signed in locations such as Xining, Weihai, Changbai Mountain, and Yiwu, which accelerates expansion into key cities and high-potential cultural tourism markets.

“This wave of signings, including entries into key destinations, marks a milestone in Hilton’s regional expansion,” said Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President, Development, Asia Pacific, Hilton.

Hilton Garden Inn is strategically expanding its presence in Asia to become a leader in the upscale focused-service segment.
