Hilton Announces 2025 Thrive Sabbatical and Reset Recipients to Support Team Member Wellbeing
Hilton has announced the 2025 recipients of its Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset programs, which aim to support team members’ professional, physical, and mental well-being by providing dedicated time for personal growth, community service, or rest.
Now in its ninth year, the programs are part of Hilton’s broader effort to create a more human experience at work for its nearly 500,000 team members globally. The Thrive Sabbatical offers corporate and managed hotel team members one month of paid time off and a $5,000 grant to pursue a passion or community project. Thrive Reset provides all team members one week of paid time off and a $2,000 grant to recharge.
Hilton received over 1,000 submissions this year. A selection committee chose 10 recipients for the Thrive Sabbatical and 10 for the Thrive Reset, based on their stories, experiences, and potential impact.
