Grand Hyatt Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Chandan Thakur as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
With over 18 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality, Chandan brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage operations, strategic leadership, and guest-centric innovation.
Chandan joins the team from Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he played an important role in enhancing beverage programs, leading F&B operations across multiple award-winning outlets, and driving innovation through global collaborations and experiential dining formats.
His expertise in strategic planning, staff development, and guest-centric service is set to further elevate the F&B experience at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon.
Over the years, Chandan has spearheaded several high-impact initiatives, including international bar takeovers, premium wine events, and curated pop-ups, making him a driving force in shaping modern food and beverage narratives in the luxury segment.
