Introducing Garner Hotel Haymarket in Scotland
IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of the Garner Hotel Edinburgh—Haymarket, a 195-room hotel in the West End of Edinburgh, Scotland. It was launched in partnership with Palm Holdings, a family-owned real estate and hospitality company.
Situated directly across from Haymarket Station and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, the EICC, Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh Zoo, and Princes Street, the hotel offers a convenient base for both business and leisure travellers.
This opening supports the continued growth of Garner Hotels, IHG’s midscale conversion brand introduced in 2023 and expanding across Europe.
Garner Hotel Edinburgh – Haymarket is designed to deliver a reliable stay with the core comforts guests value, including:

The hotel also maintains a local connection through its partnership with Platform 5, a neighbouring establishment, where guests can enjoy a sit-down breakfast and access food and drink discounts.

Garner Hotel Haymarket Edinburgh joins a global portfolio with 23 open hotels and 94 properties in development. In Europe, it joins a regional network of 61 open and pipeline properties, including locations such as Garner Hotel Preston Samlesbury (UK), Garner Hotel Rome Aurelia (Italy), Garner Hotel Istanbul—Airport Arnavutkoy (Türkiye), and multiple sites across the DACH region.
