APPOINTMENT
Four Seasons & Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., Joint Owner and Operator of Four Seasons Yachts, have announced the appointment of Ben Trodd as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 2025.
This appointment represents a notable step for Four Seasons Yachts as it moves toward its planned 2026 launch. Ben Trodd brings more than 25 years of experience within the Four Seasons brand. His experience includes work in sales and operations, with a focus on aligning these areas to support a cohesive guest experience.
Ben Trodd most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at AMAN. Prior to that, he spent several decades at Four Seasons, serving in senior leadership roles including General Manager, Regional Vice President, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing.
In his new role, Ben will be based in Miami and will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, planning and deployment, as well as sales and marketing for Four Seasons Yachts. His responsibilities also include crew operations and coordination with construction and design partners Fincantieri and Tillberg Design of Sweden.
Ben Trodd began his career with Four Seasons at the brand’s first European property, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. Over the years, he held a range of property-level leadership roles before being appointed Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing in 2018. In that role, he supported the initial launch strategy for introducing Four Seasons Yachts to the market.
Launching in 2026, Four Seasons I will be the first vessel in the Four Seasons Yachts collection. The yacht is designed to offer a new approach to maritime travel, reflecting the brand’s service standards and guest experience.
