APPOINTMENT
Four Seasons Hotel Toronto has appointed Kristi Grotsch as Hotel Manager and Dario Mazzoli as Director of Food and Beverage, enhancing the senior management team of this flagship property with two essential leadership roles.

Kristi brings more than 16 years of experience in luxury hospitality sector. Before being appointed at Four Seasons, she held leadership roles at several luxury hotels, providing strategic oversight across various operational departments. Kristi has also served in a learning and development role in Dubai, overseeing 15 hotels across 10 countries in the Americas, Middle East, Europe and India. She later returned to Toronto to focus on operational service excellence for the Americas. Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Kristi consistently elevates team performance and guest experience

Dario Mazzoli has more than 18 years of experience within the hospitality industry. Dario brings an impressive background in culinary and beverage management, having worked with some of the most renowned brands in the industry. With extensive experience across global markets including the United Kingdom, China, Brazil, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India and Morocco, Dario embraces diverse cultural influences that shape his leadership style and inspire innovation in hospitality.
