Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has announced the appointment of Adelaide Quinn as its new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

Adelaide holds a decade-long experience of working in the luxury hospitality industry. She has expertise in operations and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience in her new role. Adelaide joined Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai in 2013 as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and slowly progressed towards her current role.
She most recently served as the Director of Restaurants and Bars at the hotel, successfully leading the operations of three restaurants and bars, in-room dining, and the poolside experience. Her leadership has been instrumental in relaunching AER, the city’s iconic rooftop bar, and launching Opus, the hotel’s all-day dining destination. She also curated and executed three editions of the World Gourmet Festival, welcoming Michelin-starred chefs and garnering wide recognition for the hotel’s culinary excellence.
In her new role, Adelaide will continue to oversee key dining experiences across the hotel while working closely with the culinary and service teams to further enhance innovation and improve the guest experience.
