Organized by the Moscow Government in collaboration with the Embassy of India, the festival aims to strengthen cultural ties between the two nations.

The venue, adorned with a variety of exotic plants, will feature chalets offering Indian cuisine and traditional handicrafts.

The cultural program encompasses a diverse range of activities — from live performances and dance workshops to introductory Hindi lessons. Russian and Indian ensembles will perform each morning and evening, creating a dynamic atmosphere for guests.

International artists will also lead open creative workshops. Participants can try playing the tabla drums, explore classical Indian dance forms such as Kathak and Kuchipudi, and be introduced to everyday conversational Hindi.

An exhibition showcasing artwork from different Indian regions will also be on display at Manezhnaya Square.

Moscow and India continue to engage across sectors, including trade, tourism, and the creative industries.

India remains among the leading non-CIS countries in terms of tourist visits to Moscow. In the first quarter of 2025, approximately 18,000 Indian visitors arrived in the city — a notable increase compared to the same period last year.
