Fariyas Hotels Pvt Ltd Appoints Shreenath Shastry as CEO

Fariyas Hotels Private Limited has announced the appointment of Shreenath Shastry as its Chief Executive Officer. This strategic move marks a significant step in the group’s commitment to operational excellence and sustained growth across India’s hospitality landscape.

Shreenath Shastry brings with him over three decades of global leadership experience spanning hospitality management, strategic planning, real estate, and integrated facility management services. His cross-functional expertise and track record of steering large-scale organizations make him a valuable addition to the Fariyas leadership team.

Before rejoining Fariyas Hotels, Shastry spent over a decade at Wipro Limited, where he held various leadership roles. During his tenure, he contributed to global hospitality management, digital transformation initiatives, and real estate optimization. In his most recent role, he was responsible for leading Wipro’s real estate operations across India, focusing on strategic planning and transactions.

His earlier career includes roles with well-established organizations such as Knight Frank, Radhakrishna Hospitality Services, Majorda Beach Resort, Taj Group, and Sterling Resorts (India) Ltd. His previous experience with the Fariyas Group gives him a strong understanding of the company’s operational approach, values, and long-term vision.

Shastry holds academic credentials from institutions like Welingkar Institute of Management (Mumbai) and the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar (XIMB). He has also completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Known for his commitment to continuous learning, Shastry emphasizes professional development and strategic thinking.

As CEO, Shastry will oversee current operations while guiding the group’s expansion plans. His responsibilities will include strengthening operational efficiency, introducing innovation-focused strategies, and enhancing guest experiences across the portfolio. His appointment supports Fariyas Hotels’ focus on growth, service quality, and brand positioning in the competitive hospitality sector.
