APPOINTMENT
Eros Hotel New Delhi, Nehru Place, has announced the promotion of Rubina Sharma to Hotel Manager. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

Rubina Sharma previously held the position of Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms and Business Development, where she led room sales and revenue generation while strengthening the hotel’s market presence. Her strategic thinking and leadership have played a key role in the hotel’s recent success.
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Rubina has worked across departments such as Housekeeping, Front Office, and Sales. She has held senior roles at top luxury hotels including The Imperial, Taj Palace, Jaypee Hotels, and IHG, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her new position.
At Eros Hotel, she will now focus on driving operational efficiency, staff development, and customer experience.
