With over 30 years of extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Justin brings expertise developed across global luxury hospitality settings. He has been key figure at EQ Hotel since its inception. Initially he held the role as the Director of Human Resources in 2018 and rose through the ranks from operational leadership to Hotel Manager.
During his tenure, Justin has played a pivotal role in shaping EQ’s signature guest-centric ethos and operational distinction.
His tenure has seen the hotel earn numerous accolades, including Travel+Leisure’s Best Hotel in Malaysia and consistent top placements in Asia-Pacific luxury awards.
