Emirates Introduces Seasonal Strawberry Menu Inspired by British Summer
Emirates is marking the start of the strawberry season with the launch of a seasonal strawberry-themed menu on flights between Dubai and the UK this July.
Available from 14th to 31st July 2025, the menu follows Emirates’ recent Wimbledon-themed dishes and continues the focus on British summer ingredients.
The menu features a variety of dishes that highlight the flavour and versatility of British strawberries. Offerings include classic desserts such as Eton Mess, along with dishes like honey cake with strawberry compote and clotted cream. Emirates’ culinary team designs each dish and will be accompanied by a message from the chef, sharing insights into the inspiration behind the creation.
This initiative also highlights produce from Bustanica, an indoor vertical farm in Dubai, which supplies strawberries such as the Monterey variety. Emirates is also collaborating with ‘Blush from UK’ and Oaklands Fruit Farm, a family-run farm in the Vale of Evesham, known for its focus on sustainable and community-focused farming. Oaklands Fruit Farm will supply several strawberry varieties for the menu, including Champion, Favori, and Karima.
The seasonal offering reflects Emirates’ focus on incorporating local and regional ingredients into its inflight dining, offering passengers a taste of British summer during their journey.
