APPOINTMENT
DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji has announced the promotion of Amar Albuquerque to the position of Hotel Manager, a recognition of his leadership, commitment, and contributions to the property’s growth since joining in 2019. A performance-driven hospitality professional, Amar brings with him over a decade of experience in resort operations, team leadership, and revenue management.
Known for his strategic thinking and guest-centric approach, Amar has consistently played a key role in enhancing service standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving business performance at the hotel.
Prior to joining DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji, he has worked with some of the most prestigious names in the industry such as IHCL and Accor Hotels, where he built a strong foundation in handling diverse teams, managing customer relationships, and understanding the nuances of Goa’s dynamic hospitality landscape.
His ability to lead multi-sector teams teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders has made him an integral part of the hotel team. With this appointment, DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji continues its focus on nurturing homegrown talent and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
