APPOINTMENT
Crowne Plaza Lucknow, an IHG Hotels & Resorts property, has announced the appointment of Jai Upadhyay as its new Director of Sales and Marketing.
Jai brings with him over 14 years of experience across renowned hospitality brands including Leela, ITC, lebua, and Hilton. He returns to the IHG brand with a strong track record in driving commercial success.
In his new role, Jai will oversee and lead the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts which will help foster new marketing strategies focused on revenue growth, enhanced brand visibility, and increase in sales of the property.
Located on the Lucknow-Varanasi Road, near HCL IT City and the Ekana Cricket Stadium, Crowne Plaza Lucknow is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers. As IHG’s 50th hotel in India, it represents a milestone in the brand’s ongoing expansion within the country.
