Courtyard by Marriott Madurai has announced the appointment of Hari Nair as the Director of Operations. With a career spanning over two decades, Hari Nair will bring expertise in hotel operations and services.
Hari Nair has spent a significant part of his career within Marriott International, working across several full-service and luxury brands. His previous roles have included responsibilities in large-scale hotel operations and pre-opening processes. Most recently, he served as Director of Rooms, focusing on service standards and team development.
Speaking on his appointment, Hari Nair stated, “Behind every seamless experience is a system of precision, passion, and technology working in harmony. Operational excellence isn’t a finish line—it’s a mindset, where every day is an opportunity to raise the bar.”
In his new role at Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, Nair will oversee day-to-day operations, working with teams across departments to support consistent service delivery and operational coordination.
