Conrad Bengaluru has announced the appointments of Sunil Kumar as Director of Operations and Ashu Hattar as Director of Catering and Events, marking an important step in the hotel’s commitment to delivering excellence in luxury hospitality.
Sunil Kumar Appointed as Director of Operations

Sunil holds over 17 years of experience in handling operations for luxury hospitality brands. He began his career with IHCL and has held key leadership roles across various properties, consistently demonstrating excellence in cross-functional management, team development, and enhancing guest experience. Most recently, he was appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives and played a key role in elevating the overall dining experience. Since joining Conrad Bengaluru, Sunil has focused on enhancing operations, promoting team development, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

Ashu Hattar Appointed as Director of Catering & Events

Ashu Hattar has joined Conrad Bengaluru as Director of Catering & Events. She began her career in 2017 as a Catering Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Delhi. Since then, she has held key positions with renowned hospitality brands such as Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, W Goa, and Le Meridien Gurgaon. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of Sales at The Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru, where she was responsible for leading the group segment and played a significant role in implementing strategic initiatives.
