APPOINTMENT
Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield has announced the appointment of Arnav Chattopadhyay as Front Office Manager.

Arnav brings over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His portfolio includes having worked across some of the most renowned hospitality brands.
His past roles include tenures at Taj Lands’ End, Mumbai and Umaid Bhavan Palace, Jodhpur, where he held progressive responsibilities from Duty Manager to Assistant Front Office Manager.
Arnav joins the Bengaluru Marriott Whitefield team from The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake & Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments, where he most recently served as Assistant Front Office Manager.
There, he played a key role in managing front office operations for a 777-key complex, driving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In his new role, Arnav will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s front office operations, including guest services, bell desk, and concierge functions. He will also lead the team in delivering memorable guest experiences, fostering a high-performance culture, and enhancing service standards.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gandhinagar, Arnav is also a Certified Taj Departmental Trainer, having led training modules for front-line hospitality teams. He has been recognized with multiple Guest Recognition Certificates.
