Bhogle writes, "On my trip, an elderly couple had paid for tickets in row 4 so they wouldn't have to go far. Indigo altered the seat number to 19 without explanation. The gentleman would strain to walk till row 19 in a small hallway."

IndiGo Faces Backlash Again

Cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle recently expressed his dissatisfaction on X about a recent travel experience with IndiGo, a company notorious for having numerous problems with its passengers. Bhogle expressed his dissatisfaction in a tweet that included the hashtag #IndigoFirstPassengerLast and brought attention to the airline's continuous problems.

In the meantime, IndiGo replied, "We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and taking the time to talk with us, Mr. Bhogle. We deeply apologize for the misunderstanding that led to the customers' discomfort. After swift action, our staff ensured they were seated in their original seats and had a comfortable journey. To handle this individually, we have also contacted the customers. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we hope to serve you again soon.
