With nearly forty years of experience transporting goods and people globally, Emirates has introduced Emirates Courier Express, a comprehensive delivery solution poised to transform the express delivery landscape. 

To tackle industry-wide challenges, Emirates collaborated with numerous global clients to pilot and refine the Emirates Courier Express product, aiming for maximum speed, reliability, and flexibility before its market launch. In the past year, Emirates Courier Express has successfully delivered thousands of packages from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, South Africa, and the UK, with an average delivery time of under 48 hours. Currently, Emirates Courier Express is ready and available for business, catering to businesses.

Traditionally, cross-border delivery operates on a global hub-and-spoke model, where packages stop at multiple points before reaching their final destination. However, Emirates Courier Express has changed this approach. Similar to how passengers travel, packages will move directly from origin to destination, utilizing Emirates’ extensive global network and unmatched flight frequencies. This method significantly shortens transit times, minimizes package handling, and provides Emirates Courier Express customers with a competitive advantage in reaching end users. Direct connectivity is complemented by various service options, including next-day urgent delivery and a two-day Premium service, alongside a continuous stream of innovative new products. 

Upon launch, Emirates Courier Express will operate in seven markets, but its potential for network expansion is limitless: wherever Emirates operates, Emirates Courier Express can provide delivery services. Plans to extend into additional markets are already underway.
