Whether you are a Silver Medallion planning that dreams vacation or a Diamond Medallion frequent traveller seeking to enhance your daily journeys, here are five resolutions for Members to maximize their loyalty this year.
1. Show off Status with luxury, personalized metal bag tags
Medallion Members now have the option to choose and customize upgraded metal bag tags – an ideal elite accessory to display while travelling globally. Existing Medallion Members can go to www.deltamedalliontags.co and sign in with their SkyMiles account to personalize their tags.

2. Use the enhanced Fly Delta app to select coveted Choice Benefits
Diamond and Platinum Medallion Members can now effortlessly choose their preferred Choice Benefits via the Fly Delta app. Members will still benefit this year from enhanced values on exclusive Choice Benefits, including bonus miles, Travel Vouchers, Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQD) Accelerators, gifting Status, Delta vacation experiences, and beyond.
Did you know? More than 97% of Medallion Members use the Fly Delta app during their day of travel, and customers who use it report higher satisfaction with their overall travel experience.
3. Earn miles with world-class partners like Starbucks and newcomer Uber
SkyMiles Members now have access to almost 70 partners, including credit cards, airlines, and lifestyle brands, making earning and redeeming miles more straightforward. Members can earn miles on car rentals, hotel stays, cruises, and more. Additionally, they can accumulate miles toward Medallion Status and receive bonuses of up to 10K miles with each Delta Vacations trip.
If you haven't heard, Uber is joining SkyMiles as a new partner this spring. Members will gain fresh opportunities to earn rewards on U.S. airport rides and deliveries via Uber Eats. Join the waitlist for a chance to reveal surprises and be among the first to receive news and updates.
4. Take advantage of regular Member-only Award Deals
Members can let their miles go the extra mile with early access to exclusive Award Deals – limited-time flash sales with some of the industry’s steepest discounts to favourite cities or new destinations waiting to be explored. Last year, customers purchased millions of award tickets for less than 25K miles. To ensure Members have the latest on upcoming sales, they should update their SkyMiles account and opt-in to receive emails or visit SkyMiles Award Deals on delta.com.

Make 2025 the year you earn Status. To track your MQDs and climb to Status, visit the SkyMiles section of the Fly Delta app. Delta’s Medallion Status Match program offers travellers loyal to another airline the chance to transfer their elite status to Delta – at no cost. Delta’s Reclaim My Status program also enables Members to re-earn Status when life gets in the way.
No Status? That is no problem. All SkyMiles members will receive immediate rewards for their loyalty.
