APPOINTMENT
Jumeirah, a member of Dubai Holding, has announced the appointment of André Devillers as General Manager of Jumeirah Carlton Tower, its flagship hotel in London’s Knightsbridge district.

With more than 25 years of experience in international luxury hospitality and retail, André Devillers brings a broad perspective and understanding of both operational management and strategic development across high-end brands.
Before joining Jumeirah, André Devillers held the position of Director of Operations, Luxury Hotels for Southern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing a portfolio of over 40 luxury properties across multiple countries. The portfolio included brands such as Regent, InterContinental, Kimpton, and Vignette. His work involved managing daily operations, supporting brand alignment, and enhancing service standards in diverse markets.
His career also includes leadership roles at The Bicester Collection, a global group of luxury shopping destinations, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, known for its presence in major international cities. In these roles, André Devillers focused on improving commercial performance, refining brand strategy, and elevating the guest experience. He has worked across a range of European cities including London, Paris, Barcelona, and Prague, gaining valuable insight into regional market dynamics and consumer expectations.
Devillers is a graduate of the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma, equipping him with a strong foundation in governance and strategic oversight. He is multilingual, fluent in English, French, and Spanish, which has supported his effectiveness in cross-cultural environments and international teams.
