Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas Unveils Redesigned Beach Pool Villas Inspired by Island Living
Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas has announced the debut of its redesigned Beach Pool Villas, offering a refreshed approach to beachfront living. The new design focuses on a deeper connection with nature, enhanced privacy, and a relaxed island atmosphere.
The reimagined villas are designed to maximise space and comfort, blending traditional Maldivian elements with contemporary details. Surrounded by greenery and located just steps from the lagoon, the villas offer a quiet retreat for couples, families, and wellness-focused travellers.
Each villa features an open, indoor-outdoor layout. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light, while handcrafted timber finishes and neutral tones create a calming setting. Artwork throughout the villas highlights the connection between modern design and the island’s surroundings.
An expanded outdoor sala provides a comfortable setting for relaxing, whether enjoying sunset views or a private dining experience under the stars. The bathroom has also been redesigned, featuring an open-air garden courtyard with a rain shower, soaking tub, and a spacious seating area.

The villas are suited for a range of stays, from family getaways and milestone celebrations to romantic escapes. Guests can experience the surrounding nature or relax in the privacy of their villa.
Anantara Kihavah is known for its distinctive experiences, including SEA, an underwater dining venue, and its overwater spa. The redesigned Beach Pool Villas will be available for stays starting in July 2025, offering guests a new option for a relaxed island getaway.
