Airbus Stacks Up on Stock
Airbus SE has reported its share buyback transactions following Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 16, 2014, concerning market abuse (“EU Market Abuse Regulation”).
These transactions are part of the second tranche of a share buyback program announced on September 9, 2024. The program aims to support future employee share ownership plan activities and equity-based compensation plans.
The program is being conducted under the authority granted to the Airbus SE Board of Directors by shareholders at the Airbus Annual General Meeting held on April 10, 2024, allowing for repurchasing up to 10% of the company’s issued share capital.
