IndiGo-Airbus Partnership

The announcement that IndiGo has ordered 30 Airbus A350 widebody aircraft was made in May 2024 where the new fleet was to help expand IndiGo’s international network to long-haul destinations. As India is the world’s fastest-growing major aviation market, the A350 is perfectly positioned to serve the country’s aspirations for long-range travel.

In addition, IndiGo also placed a firm order for 500 Airbus A320 family aircraft. The announcement was made at the Paris Air Show where the deliveries for the order will be made between 2030 and 2035.
