APPOINTMENT
Accor has announced the appointment of Julien Houdebine as its new Global Chief Sales & Revenue Management Officer, marking a significant milestone in its leadership portfolio.

Julien will succeed Sophie Hulgard, who has left the company as part of what Accor describes as a “regular evolution” of its operating model.
In his new role, Julien will be responsible for establishing a global Sales and Revenue Management department. The aim is to bring together commercial functions to support a more coordinated approach across Accor’s international operations.
Julien brings over two decades of experience in commercial strategy, marketing, and customer experience across the airline and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Accor, he served as Director of Commercial Marketing and Client Experience at the French healthcare company Colisée, where he led initiatives to enhance service delivery and commercial effectiveness. He also held senior leadership positions at Corsair International and Air France, where he focused on customer engagement, sales strategy, and operational performance.
His appointment reflects Accor’s ongoing efforts to strengthen global coordination and support commercial objectives in a competitive and evolving market environment.
