Suresh Chandra Nath Appointed as Executive Housekeeper at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa

Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Suresh Chandra Nath as Executive Housekeeper.

Suresh brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality. He  joined the resort during its pre-opening phase and has played a key role in setting up housekeeping operations.

Suresh brings extensive expertise in operational planning, quality management, and team leadership. His responsibilities include developing SOPs,  and driving training initiatives across the department. He also works closely with engineering and front office teams to ensure guest readiness and service excellence.

 Suresh has also worked with renowned hospitality brands including Hilton , Le Méridien, The Westin, The Oberoi and Taj, where he played key roles in strengthening housekeeping standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building  interdepartmental relationships.

His experience spans luxury resort operations, laundry management, public area maintenance, inventory and OS&E management, manpower planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and sustainability initiatives.

Over the course of his career, Suresh has also improved housekeeping efficiency and response time, implemented eco-friendly operational practices, and ensured compliance with brand standards.

In his new role at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley, Suresh will oversee housekeeping operations across guest rooms, villas, public areas, laundry, and landscaping.
