APPOINTMENT
Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas has announced the appointment of Petr Pisecky as its new general manager.
With nearly 30 years of global hospitality experience across three continents, Petr Pisecky brings a strategic, bold, and visionary leadership style to the resort.
Born in Czech Republic, Petr Pisecky started his journey in the hospitality industry as a waiter apprentice then he slowly rose through ranks. He started to progress through multiple roles in operations, business development, and front office management.
His professional journey has spanned six countries, with over two decades at Hilton. Most recently, he led the pre-opening of a Hilton property in Riyadh, following his tenure as cluster GM for DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al Muroj and Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Olaya.
He has also held leadership roles in China, Australia, the UAE, and his native Czech Republic.
Outside work, Petr Pisecky is a football and rugby fan, and loves travelling.
As Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas continues to evolve as a destination for leisure, adventure, and family experiences, Petr Pisecky’s leadership is expected to shape its next chapter of innovation and excellence.
