APPOINTMENT
The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has announced the appointment of Nishtha Ghosh as its new Director of Sales & Marketing, effective immediately.
With over 15 years of experience in driving sales strategies within the hospitality sector, Nishtha brings sharp commercial focus and understanding of market dynamics. Known for her results-driven approach and strong client network, she will be responsible for steering the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives, identifying new revenue streams, and strengthening corporate and MICE outreach.
Effectively working in conjunction with IHCL hotels Pan-India to maximize & formulate total account management strategies, Nishtha has demonstrated expertise in driving and managing the entire sales process by targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing.
She will further drive revenue growth through holistic sales and marketing strategies, tailored to key market segments.
