Etihad Airways Records 16% Passenger Growth in June 2025

The airline carried 1.8 million passengers in June, a 16% increase from the same month in 2024. The passenger load factor also improved, rising to 88% compared to 86% the previous year.
Etihad’s operating fleet reached 101 aircraft, supporting an expanded route network. Year-to-date passenger numbers reached 10.2 million, representing a 17% increase compared to the first half of 2024, with a year-to-date average load factor of 87%.
Antonoaldo Neves, CEO of Etihad Airways, said:
“Our passenger growth reflects the positive response to our expanding network. In June, we added Prague and Warsaw to our schedule and resumed seasonal services to Nice, Malaga, Mykonos, Santorini, and Antalya. Our 12-month rolling total is approaching 20 million passengers, a clear sign of consistent demand across our network.”
