APPOINTMENT
Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre has announced the appointment of Alexander McNally as its new Bar & Restaurant Operations Manager.
Alexander will work for The Dubliner’s, one of the hotel’s signature dining venues. In this role, he will lead daily operations, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and further developing the venue’s food and beverage offerings.
With extensive experience in Dubai’s hospitality sector, Alexander has held management roles at leading establishments including FIVE Hotels and Jumeirah Beach Hotel. He brings a strong background in bar and restaurant operations, with a focus on team leadership, guest engagement, and driving commercial performance.
At The Dubliner’s, Alexander will oversee a refreshed approach to programming and service, aiming to reinforce the pub’s standing as a well-regarded destination for both residents and visitors.
His appointment reflects the hotel’s continued investment in delivering quality dining and entertainment experiences.
