Emirates Tops YouGov’s 2025 Most Recommended Global Brands List

Emirates has been ranked as YouGov’s Most Recommended Global Brand for 2025, reflecting its ongoing “Fly Better” brand promise. Emirates is also the only airline featured in the global top 10 list.

The YouGov rankings are based on the percentage of a brand’s customers who would recommend it to others. Emirates recorded a Recommend score of 88.4%, leading the list ahead of other brands. The scores are drawn from over a million customer surveys conducted across 28 markets, with data collected between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025. The final rankings take into account both the positive Recommend scores and the size of each brand’s customer base per market.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airline, commented, “This recognition reflects the trust and loyalty we have built with our customers around the world. We remain committed to delivering reliable and thoughtful service while continuing to improve the travel experience.”

Emirates continues to place customers at the centre of its services, with a focus on enhancing the journey at every stage. The airline regularly invests in its onboard and ground offerings to deliver consistent service and comfort.

In the first half of 2025, Emirates added three new destinations to its network, with Hangzhou planned next; opened nine updated retail stores across Asia, Africa, and Europe; introduced its A350 aircraft to 10 destinations; and became the first airline globally to achieve Autism Certification™, as part of its efforts to make travel more inclusive.

By the end of 2025, Emirates expects to serve more than 70 cities with its Boeing 777, A380, and A350 aircraft featuring updated interiors, representing around half of its network. The airline also plans to offer over 2 million Premium Economy seats to provide more options for passengers seeking upgraded experiences.

Emirates has appeared in YouGov rankings previously, including being the most recommended brand in the UAE in 2024, with a score of 92.6. It also ranked highly in YouGov’s 2024 US airlines report, noted for customer satisfaction and consideration among US Millennials and Gen Z travellers.

YouGov, a global research and analytics company, compiles the Recommend rankings through its BrandIndex tool, which tracks consumer sentiment and brand performance worldwide.
