Arlo Hotels has announced the appointment of Mark O’Brien as General Manager of Arlo Williamsburg.
Mark O’Brien brings more than two decades of hospitality experience to the Brooklyn property, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a fresh, dynamic approach that aligns with the hotel brand’s reputation for experience-driven hospitality.

In his new position, Mark will serve as an ambassador for Arlo Williamsburg and oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring everything is carried out professionally and encouraging memorable guest experiences.
As a New York resident with over 20 years of experience working for hotel brands such as The Maritime Hotel, Shinola Hotel in Detroit and most recently as managing director for the Ace Hotels in New York and Brooklyn, he brings both a local perspective and a national sensibility to the role.

Arlo Williamsburg is located in North Brooklyn, with Manhattan just over the bridge. The eight-story boutique hotel features 147 well-appointed guest rooms, including eight suites.
