Mercure Lucknow Appoints Visionary New Marcom Manager

APPOINTMENT

Mercure Lucknow has appointed Vidisha Puri as the new Marketing and Communications Manager.

With over 13 years of experience in hospitality marketing and public relations, she brings strong industry knowledge and a creative approach to the role.

She will lead all marketing, branding, and communication efforts for the hotel. Her focus will be on enhancing brand visibility, driving guest engagement through integrated campaigns, and building community connections.

Before joining Mercure Lucknow, she worked with top hospitality brands including FRHI, Radisson Blu, Hyatt, Marriott, and IHG. Most recently, she led marketing and PR at Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport, where she successfully boosted the hotel’s visibility and brand positioning.
