She has been instrumental in implementing key people initiatives, enhancing associate engagement, and building a people-centric workplace.
Her promotion reflects her contribution to shaping a high-performing workforce aligned with the brand’s ethos of thoughtful luxury.
In her new role, Vallabhi will lead talent strategy and HR operations across all verticals of the hotel.
