APPOINTMENT
Davidson Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Jason Reader as its new Chief Operating Officer.

In his new role, Jason Reader will be responsible for overseeing operational performance and profitability across the company’s expanding portfolio. His responsibilities will span all of Davidson’s operating divisions—including Davidson Hotels, Davidson Restaurant Group, Pivot, and Davidson Resorts—as well as select platform service departments such as strategic operations and marketing.
Jason brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career in food service and has held a series of leadership roles across hotel management and operations. Prior to joining Davidson, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Remington Hospitality, where he progressed through senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Operations and Executive Vice President.
His previous experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Magna Hospitality and 15 years with Pyramid Hotel Group, where he contributed to organizational growth and operational improvements.
Over the course of his career, Jason has overseen properties across more than 20 hotel brands in North America, with particular experience in independent and lifestyle segments.
He holds a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and currently serves on advisory councils for Marriott International, Hilton, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
