PATA Launches “Tourism in Focus” to Track Key Travel Trends
The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) has launched Tourism in Focus, a monthly publication that highlights key tourism trends and developments across the Asia Pacific region.
The series aims to provide clear, data-based insights on how tourism impacts economies and industry priorities. It will cover various tourism segments, including cultural, experiential, wellness, and purpose-driven travel.

PATA CEO Noor Ahmad Hamid stated that the series supports the association’s Strategy 2030, providing industry members with regular updates on emerging trends and opportunities.
Each edition will feature insights from PATA partners and industry experts. The first issue, created with Tripadvisor, explores how personalization, fun, and deeper meaning are shaping travel marketing.
